Dr. Roberto Garcia is a surgical oncologist graduated from the University of Panama with years of experience in the development of his specialties. She has an extensive career focused on the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of breast, head and neck, thyroid, gastric, colon and rectum, pancreatic, skin and adrenal cancer.
He has also developed studies focused on improving his oncological surgery techniques to provide his patients with effective treatments. Dr. Roberto García began his career at the University of Panama, later he developed as a surgeon in the Social Security in order to complete his specialty in oncological surgery at the National Institute of Oncology.
Later he developed the technique of minimally invasive surgery for the digestive tract and robotic surgery for gastric cancer at recognized universities in Colombia, Chile and New York.

From his beginnings as a student at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Panama, Roberto García directed his studies with special interest in the area of Molecular Biology and Oncology, he entered the specialty of General Surgery at the Social Security Fund and later Surgical Oncology at the National Oncology Institute of Panama. he completed his post-graduate degree in Minimally Invasive Surgery at the Santa Fé Foundation in Bogotá.
